Doctors-to-be Naina and Dan first met at a coffee shop on the campus of the Medical University of South Carolina when she was a first-year student and he was in his third year. Later, while on a sailing trip from Charleston to Edisto, Dan proposed to Naina. It was the most perfect four-day trip, she says.
