It wasn't until the very end of their senior year at Stonehill College that Erin and Craig met after signing up for a community service project. Even though their separate post-graduation plans were looming, the couple couldn't deny that they had something special. Needless to say, any plans that would separate them were soon cancelled. The Bride Erin Casey, 28, director of annual giving The Groom Craig Lenz, 28, assistant sales manager The Date September 30 Craig got down on bended knee on a Christmas morning while the two were still in their bathrobes, surrounded by paper and ribbon. Because they share a love for the outdoors, Erin and Craig soon planned a wedding on a mountaintop. Their autumn wedding was infused with natural and earthy elements from the invitations to the ceremony.
