Allison Bechill and Daniel Fallon met their senior year at Hamilton College, in upstate New York. Allison had just returned from a semester in Australia and Daniel had just gotten back from Switzerland. The two, now both 27, ended up as neighbors -- and then became much more. The East Coasters were excited to move from New York City to San Diego, but Daniel says, “There was one important thing to do before heading off.” Over a romantic dinner in the city, Daniel proposed, completely catching Allison by surprise. By coincidence, the couple’s wedding date was the one-year anniversary of their arrival in San Diego.
