Three years after meeting through friends at a birthday party, Tara and Conor got caught in a thunderstorm the day he planned to propose. The couple had to duck into a dive bar to escape the rain! A few beers and some tater tots later, the storm had mostly passed, and the two went back outside to walk along the water by Manhattan’s Chelsea Piers.
