College sweethearts Elizabeth (Liz) Wiltrout and Frederick (Ricky) Lindenhovius met at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Because their dorm rooms were located two doors apart, it was impossible for them not to cross paths, and by the end of freshman year, the two were an item. A perfect fit for their personalities, the little town was filled with little restaurants and quaint boutiques for browsing. While relaxing in their hotel room one night, Ricky shocked Liz with a sweet proposal. Her first words were, “Are you serious?” followed by an excited “Yes!” For their wedding day, the couple chose Upstate New York’s Finger Lakes region because of its Tuscan vibe and lakeside setting.
