"I wanted something that really would incorporate John into the theme of the wedding," explains Gwen. That's when she came up with the idea for a stag as a massive centerpiece behind the bar. "Hunting is a very important hobby of John's and I was happy I could have it incorporated into the day in a way that wasn't all fluff. It actually ended up driving a lot of our style," she adds.
