White Cake With Ruffles and Dots

Kristin and Jeb enjoyed a three-tier white buttercream wedding cake with waves on the bottom, ruffles on the center and dots on top. The top layer was Jeb’s favorite: red velvet. The cake was topped with red, purple and pink flowers to match the location and colorful color palette.
