White Buttercream Wedding Cake With Bright Flowers

“Our cake was a beautiful four-tier cake with the most life-like sugar flowers I had ever seen,” Stephanie says. Since Jonathan detests fondant, they chose a white buttercream frosting and bright cake flowers, including ranunculus, peonies, roses and chrysanthemums. Below each tier was strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries or vanilla sponge cake. Yum!
