Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, provided Rachel and Dave with a scenic seaside backdrop for their spring affair, and also seriously delivered when it came to the menu. Passed hors d’oeuvres like cheesesteak sliders, lobster salad in phyllo cups and Reubens in rye pastries delighted guests' taste buds during cocktail hour, while entrees like filet mignon with espresso demi-glace and jumbo lump crab cakes with cherry pepper aioli blew the couple’s friends and family members away during dinner.
