Tropezienne Tarts Topped with Orchid Petals
The couple wanted to have an assortment of Tropezienne tarts, a brioche dessert with cream in the middle topped with grains. “Our favorite dessert comes from St. Tropez and is called a Tropezienne Tart,” says Bailey. “We were fortunate to find a pastry chef on the island who had European experience, and she was able to deliver our beloved tart.”
