Taking previous wedding dining experiences into consideration, Whitney and Benjamin had a buffet dinner, so guests wouldn’t leave hungry and could sample a variety of dishes. “I always find myself struggling to pick what to eat when I RSVP to a wedding,” Whitney says, “so my theory was to go with a buffet, letting guests choose whatever they wanted and as much as they wanted.”
