Tiered White Wedding Cake With Wildflowers

Brandi and Paul chose a few desserts for their reception. An on-site pastry chef designed a cheesecake groom's cake covered in various toppings as well as their three-tier wedding cake. Each layer was filled with red velvet, vanilla or strawberry cake and topped with cream cheese icing. "It was amazing,” Brandi says. To match their centerpieces, the smallest tier was topped with a halo of yellow craspedia, red and green hypericum berries and pink spray roses around the couple's figurine.
