Three-Tiered Cookie Wedding Cake

Ashlyn's not a big fan of wedding cake so she knew she wanted a cookie cake when it came time for her to get married. "I was very adamant on this, and one of my mother's precious friends made my cookie wedding cake as a gift for our family," says Ashlyn.
