A Rustic Southern Charm Wedding at Antique Acres in Bogart, Georgia

Seth Kingry (23 and a boot salesman) and Ashlyn Kingry (26 and a flight attendant) met on the plane that Ashlyn was a flight attendant on. Seth first asked whether Ashlyn listened to Country music and from there, the two of them realized they shared much more in common. A few weeks later they went on their first date and fast forward 8 months later and Seth proposed in the middle of a lake on a sandbar. Seth and Ashlyn were only engaged 7 months before their wedding since they decided they wanted to get married as soon as possible "When you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible, right?" says Ashlyn. The couple wanted a barn wedding with a rustic, country feel and settled on Antique Acres in Bogart, Georgia for their ceremony and reception space. The couple chose simple flower arrangements made up of baby's breathe and lambs ear to decorate along with small Coke bottles since Seth's favorite drink is Coke and it added to the country-vibe of the wedding. The bridesmaids and groomsmen added to the casual style of the wedding with their attire. The bridesmaids paired their Target dresses ("Yes, Target has bridemaids dresses!" says Ashlyn) and Seth and his groomsmen wore jeans with vests and boots. "I have always envisioned having a simple wedding where our guests feel relaxed and at home. So, I said, of course jeans are okay!" Ashlyn says. Ashlyn and Seth had such a fun time planning their wedding and it all came together to result in a rustic Southern charm wedding that had Ashlyn and Seth written all over it.
