Three-Tier Wedding Cake With Orange Gerber Daisies

Even Stephanie and Matt's simple, three-tier wedding cake followed their Southwestern desert theme. The cake was decorated with orange gerber daisies and a cookie cake topper in the shape of pear cactus leaf. "It almost reminds me of carving initials into a wooden tree trunk, except with a Southwestern desert twist," Stephanie says.
