Three-Course Sit-Down Dinner
While the InterContinental Hotel’s dessert buffet certainly stole the show, the array of delectable offerings during cocktail hour and dinner were equally as noteworthy. After sampling sushi, duck wraps, and comfort food from the stations set up during cocktail hour, guests sat down to a three-course meal, which included beet and goat cheese salad and a duet of sea bass and beef tenderloin.
