The Reception

Theresa and Patrick, who live in New York City, wanted a serene setting for their wedding, so they explored the towns of the Hudson Valley (where Theresa also grew up) as they scouted for sites. Evelyn's View, a bed and breakfast with great views of the Hudson, was a love-at-first-sight choice for both. Because we would be celebrating outside under a tent, it was like working with a blank canvas, says Theresa. They decided to highlight the lush, green setting with a palette of soft blues, lavenders, and periwinkle.
