The Reception

John and Maryam opened the dance floor to the band's rendition of Etta James' At Last. In honor of Maryam's heritage, a disc jockey spun Iranian tunes, and the mix of dance music and Iranian music kept the party moving. As the party wound down, the bride and groom retired to the hotel's luxurious Hyatt Regency Suite, where they found a little spread of chocolate-dipped strawberries and champagne waiting for them.
