The Reception

The celebration began in the garden at Café Cortina with dinner amid twinkling lights and light jazz. During the reception, Luella and Chong performed one aspect of the Pyebaek ceremony, during which they paid respect to the groom's mother: the couple knelt before her and bowed and she blessed the union and passed good fortune on to them, presenting them with an envelope of money.
