The Menu
Sherri and Lee -- who wanted to share their love of fine food and drink with their guests -- worked closely with their caterer to create a four-course tasting menu, each course being paired with an exquisite wine. The menu included smoked salmon Napoleon, chilled eggplant soup, French stuffed capon, and a delectable molten chocolate souffle for dessert. The couple gave their guests even more to talk about by including a booklet containing the recipes from all four courses, as well as wine and cheese tasting notes for favors.
