The Ceremony

The day of the wedding, the bride, a self-described control freak, arrived at The Gardens at Sunday Park early, eager to help with the finishing touches. Her friends, knowing just what she needed, sent her away for some alone time. Roberta says, They wanted me to reflect on the day and what was about to happen. I am so glad they did that! It was a relaxed and radiant Roberta who stood beside Stefan as 160 guests watched them exchange their vows. The bride had written the entire ceremony, which began with a Cherokee prayer in honor of her Native American heritage.
