The Ceremony

The processional was unusual because Patrick and Theresa made their way to the altar arm-in-arm. For us, says Theresa, it was very symbolic of our independence and our conscious choice to bring our lives together. The ceremony, written by the couple, was on the short and sweet side, according to the bride, and it ended with guests tossing lavender on the departing newlyweds.
