The Ceremony

Though the interior of the nineteenth-century mansion at Glen Foerd is impressive because of the bride’s special relationship with the estate, the couple was able to hold their celebration outside on the grounds. Friends and family gathered along the banks of the Delaware River as the bride and groom stood under a wooden arch Carrie’s father had built, which was decorated with wispy vines, orchids, and colorful gerbera daisies.
