The Cake
The three-tiered, scalloped cake was frosted with off-white buttercream icing. Brown grosgrain ribbon and piping decorated the bottom of each tier. Each layer was a different flavor combination: chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse filling, mocha cake with Kahlua and chocolate mousse filling, and orange cake with Grand Marnier and chocolate mousse filling. The couple also served fruitcake, a traditional Irish wedding dessert.
