The Cake

Strips of champagne-hued fondant and peach sugar gum roses adorned the four-tier square cake at Melisa and Josh's wedding. The bottom layer of each tier was devil's food cake and the top angel's food, with chocolate ganache and peanut butter mousses filling in between.
