Tarika Barrett headed home to Jamaica with her fiance and 150 guests for a romantic and lively Caribbean celebration complete with spicy jerk chicken and colorful tropical cocktails. The Bride Tarika Barrett, teacher The Groom Michael O'Loughlin, public affairs consultant The Date March 30 Distance was not an issue for the 150 guests who attended. A website, designed by a friend, kept everyone up-to-date on the wedding plans. Friends and family were welcomed at their hotels with goodie bags of Jamaican treats and a list of organized activities to fill the pre-wedding days. We wanted people to fall in love with Jamaica, says Tarika.
