Tanika and Tim planned their entire South Jersey wedding themselves, with plenty of loving contributions from their family and friends. While dancing with her pals, Tanika noticed a handsome man across the room. After making eye contact, she figured he was gone. Then when I least expected it he was standing right in front of me, Tanika says. The two chatted and exchanged numbers, and soon became an item. Tim proposed a year later on Tanika's birthday. He told her he had one more gift for her, then pulled out a ring box and got down on one knee. She kept yelling over and over again, 'Are you kidding me? Stop playing! Are you serious?' Tim remembers. In between her screams I asked her to marry me and she said yes!
