Tall Bells of Ireland and Tulip Arrangements
Dinner was a fusion of Indian, Irish and American flavors, with Neeti and Derek working with the Society Room chefs to create a custom menu that would appeal to all their guests’ tastes. Fish and chips, corn and lobster fritters, vegetable samosas, cumin shrimp and Guinness-braised beef satay were featured during cocktail hour, followed by dishes like chicken tikka masala and garlic filet of beef with Indian-spiced asparagus and sweet potato.
