Tables were topped with a trio of hurricane vases filled with purple tulips, bells of Ireland and floating candles and bright blue linens popped against a backdrop of crisp, clean white. “We didn’t want the centerpieces to be distracting, allowing people to mingle with ease at the tables,” Neeti says. Neeti and Derek’s table featured a square of tartan fabric, a nod to Derek’s Irish roots, and instead of traditional table numbers, the couple named their tables after cities and towns of personal significance, including their favorite vacation spots and places where they’ve lived.
