Swiss-Dot Cake With Pastel Flowers

Jacques Pastries whipped up a decadent three-tier confection for the reception, topped with ivory Swiss-dot-specked fondant and delicate pastel sugar flowers. With so many delicious flavors to be had, Amy and Steven chose a different type of cake for each layer, ranging from marble with buttercream frosting, vanilla with chocolate ganache and chocolate with chocolate buttercream.
