“I can’t forget to mention our lovely little wedding cake and our traditional strawberry shortcake bar,” Angela says. “We knew fairly early that we wanted strawberry shortcake, and Monica Seip and the Jackson Cake Company created the beautiful and delicious desserts, which added even more charm to the easy summer atmosphere. A good friend made a mini-flag streamer as a cake topper to replicate the large ones strung around the property—one of my favorite details.”
