Strapless Wedding Dress With Ruffled Skirt

"My husband doesn't like strapless dresses, but of course the dress I ended up loving was," Sarah says. "After a lot of time spent figuring out what kind of straps to add, I ended up buying some that my seamstress added a few rhinestones to, matching the beading on the dress. It ended up being perfect, and it all happened less than two weeks before the big day."
