Soup and Grilled-Cheese Passed Appetizers

Food was one of the most important details for Sarah and Mikio. Feeling that a sit-down dinner might detract from the evening’s festive atmosphere, the couple had a traditional cocktail hour, followed by reception-style stations with everything from crab cakes to short ribs and pasta for dinner. Later in the evening, the couple had the Battery Wharf Hotel bring out a few late-night snacks.
