Seasonal Reception Dinner Menu
Since Russell is a chef, expectations were high when it came to the menu. “Delightful food was the most important thing we wanted to provide our guests,” Colleen says. The Chi Chi Chef didn’t disappoint. Champagne, locally brewed beer and the couple’s signature drink—the manhattan—flowed, while hors d’oeuvres like oysters, maple-glazed pork sliders, lobster cucumber cups and artisanal cheeses tempted guests’ taste buds during cocktail hour. Dinner saw an offering of seasonal dishes, including apple butternut squash bisque, arctic char, filet mignon, roasted vegetables, wheat berry salad, mashed potatoes and farmers’ market greens, all served family style.
