Seasonal Mini Pies

In lieu of wedding cake, Laurelyn and Jonathan served mini pies in three seasonal flavors: salted caramel apple, pumpkin and pecan (their favorite). “They were rustic hand pies—single-serving pies—to make it easy for guests to enjoy. No cutting or mess involved,” Laurelyn says.
