"We did a three-tier cake with two maple layers in another callout to the wedding’s Adirondack style," Cait says. "The cake was frosted in vanilla buttercream that was styled to look like birch tree bark and had our initials (C+T) carved into it. A bride and groom moose topped the cake as another homage to the wedding’s location and our love of moose!"
