“My grandmother and I always dreamed of my wedding day. She taught me how to paint, sew, and we could talk about fashion and relationships for hours!” says Autumn. As she passed away before the couple's wedding, Autumn’s pink and white rose bouquet was wrapped with her grandmother's charm necklace.
