Red Velvet Swarovski Wedding Cake

"Dessert was a beautiful plated chocolate and passion fruit parfait garnished with dragon fruit, fresh berries and mango coulis, and each table had a selection of French and Italian pastries and petit fours, chocolate-dripped strawberries, chocolate truffles and triple-dipped hazelnut biscotti on silver tea stands," Elena says. "Our wedding cake was a gorgeous, five-tiered red velvet cake with Swarovski crystal-lined tiers and a central crystal adornment in the middle tier accented by white blush and champagne roses on top and dripping down the side."
