“We had choices of five different cakes for dessert, and each table had a cake as a centerpiece,” says Brett. “Cake flavors were traditional vanilla, red velvet, carrot, salted caramel, and chocolate with a red raspberry ganache filling. It gave our guests the opportunity to mingle and taste each of the different cakes.”
