It's a good thing Rachel doesn't mind swing dancing. When Matthew needed a partner for a group class that his friend had organized, he called Rachel. They learned they had more in common than dancewear and started dating after that. After an eight-year relationship, the couple decided to spend New Year's Eve in Scottsdale, Arizona. As the ball dropped, Matthew popped the question. A year and a half later, the couple held a red, white and silver wedding that fused their Jewish and Chinese backgrounds.
