Preppy Navy and White Wedding Cake

Suzanne envisioned a simple cake with white and blue ribbon as well as flowers around the base of each layer, but when the cake arrived, it was completely blank. "I didn't find out until much later but my brother-in-law, a very manly man who hates to bake, decorated it to perfection based off of a cell phone picture!" says Suzanne. "Thank goodness for amazing friends and family who take care of the details and tell you later!"
