Playful Rainbow Sprinkle Wedding Cake

Traditional simply wouldn’t do for Caitlin and Kevin when it came to their wedding cake. Wanting something with a little more personality, the pair hired Bella e Dolce to whip up an inspired confection that would capture the day’s festive feel. Hundreds of rainbow sprinkles dotted the five-tier mint chocolate chip cake, with each layer boasting a blush fondant bow. After dinner each guest was presented a plate piled high with mini desserts, including a replica of the couple’s colorful cake, chocolate strawberries and an ice cream cone with a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream (Caitlin’s favorite).
