"I was a bridal gown consultant for five years previous to the wedding, so I was able to score an amazing sample gown for a great price," says Talen. "It was a platinum Jasmine Couture silk satin gown in a fit-and-flare silhouette with ruffle train detail. It was actually the first dress I fell in love with when I started working there and as fate would have it, I was able to purchase the discontinued sample. "
