"Our reception was just a small dinner with all of our guests at a restaurant on a golf course after the ceremony. We had appetizers, salad, a choice of beef tenderloin, pan roasted chicken, or Chilean sea bass, and flourless chocolate torte with raspberry coulis," says Amanda.
