Pennsylvania Capitol Wedding Ceremony With American Flags

The Pennsylvania State Capitol Building in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was a gorgeous building and had personal meaning for their ceremony. “We live in Harrisburg. We walk all over Harrisburg. And the Rotunda is absolutely beautiful,” Kelly says. “I knew the pictures were going to be breathtaking.” With this in mind, they let the historic site, hanging American flags and gilded accents speak for themselves. Only gold chiavari chairs were added as decor.
