Mary & John in Ormond Beach, FL

Mary and John first met in art class their freshman year in high school. They didn't become friends until their sophomore year, but by the time their junior year rolled around, they were best friends. It was during their senior year that John finally moved things to the next level, when the tow shared their first kiss almost 10 years before their Florida wedding. We would have eloped if I hadn't been working at The Knot at the time, says Mary, but I was flooded with so many creative ideas and suggestions. They decided to wed in Ormond Beach, Mary's hometown and family members pitched in to make planning the celebration a bit more maneagable.
