Mandy & Scott: A Summer Wedding in Denver, CO

High school sweethearts Amanda (Mandy) Iapalucci and Scott Dixon first met when Mandy’s family moved to Colorado during her freshman year of high school. Good friends throughout those first four years, Mandy and Scott started dating shortly before their senior prom and have stayed together ever since. The couple decided to take a day trip into Washington, DC, and it was there that Scott proposed in a historic botanical garden. I should have known he was up to something when he suggested going shopping on M Street and didn’t complain when I lingered in stores during the day! Mandy says. The couple soon began planning a summertime wedding back in Colorado.
