Lobster Dinner Buffet

For hors d'oeuvres, guests were passed tuna tartare, crab cakes, pork belly, bite-sized Philly cheese-steak sliders, duck tacos, smoked salmon on endives, grilled watermelon and feta skewers and ricotta and honey crostinis. After all that they were led to the lobster buffet for dinner.
