“My best friend since childhood, Jill, played the violin and made all of my music dreams come true,” Lauren says. “So, I have always loved Jurassic Park, both ironically and unironically forever as well as most of my friends. Jill is a professional and acclaimed violinist and her husband has his doctorate in music composition so to say the least they are super talented. I knew I wanted Jill to walk down the aisle and play at my wedding, and I don't think she expected me to only want music from Jurassic Park. At first she laughed it off and tried to convince me otherwise, but, one night, I drove to Kansas City, we drank a box of wine, and she started playing it. She realized the theme was beautiful and fit all the parts we needed for music. We called Ryan in so he could compose it for a two-piece and it was awesome! It's such a lovely theme, but if you recognize it, it's just a bonus!”
