Lambertville Station Inn Simple Dance Floor

“We aren’t flashy people and neither of us feel particularly comfortable in the spotlight,” Cristina says. “We prefer to surround ourselves with our family and friends, whose importance in our life we cannot stress enough. With this in mind, we decided to tweak the traditional entrance of the bride and groom into the dinner reception, typically a moment for the newlyweds to share the spotlight by themselves. We didn’t want to dance by ourselves; we wanted to dance with everyone. So when our names were called, we came out and waved everyone to the dance floor. We were immediately surrounded by all the people we love. Incorporating everyone into this moment was certainly special to us, and we hope it was just as special and memorable to everyone else.”
